Forward conversations into CureCRM using Gmail or Google Apps

After heavy laboring on Labor Day, we're excited to present a new and powerful feature for getting emails into CureCRM. Simply setup a forwarder via Google Apps mail or Gmail, and have all incoming emails forwarded to your email assistant.

Steps to forward Google Apps or Gmail emails into CureCRM

1. Make sure your global forwarder is disabled in Gmail or Google Apps. Visit Settings -> Forwarding and POP/IMAP. Then, click on the "Filters" tab to setup the two filters necessary to router conversations.



2. Create a filter for incoming and outgoing mail - route everything to your automated assistant's email address. Settings -> Filters -> Create a new filter. Once completed, you end up with the following filters:
